The S3C group is established in early 2002 by ZNS Holding and Hollandia-Baily-Kloos Holding; two large Dutch construction groups. ZNS-Van Dam Geveltechniek BV is part of the S3C group since march 2002 and contains all the experience, products and operations that are generated for over 95 years by the previous “Van Dam” group of companies. ZNS-Van Dam adds to the S3C group the capability to design and fabricate complete building envelopes and to integrate these efficiently with steel support structures. S3C adds to ZNS-Van Dam the professionalism and operational and financial capability of an internationally orientated organisation in the construction industry.
